October 2022 | Renovation of an outdoor basketball court in Kalymnos

A GiANT Heart is beating in Kalymnos, as October began with the delivery of another fully renovated and functional basketball court in the capital of Kalymnos, Pothia. 

Renovation works included acrylic floors and painting in the initiative’s colors, renovation of the lights’ pillars, baskets’ maintenance, removal of old boards and installation of new ones. 

The court is now ready to welcome the new jump balls, which started with the friendly game between the girls of the Youth Academy Dikaiou, Kalymnos Basketball Academy and Attalos and Kalymnos Union.

A large crowd attended the official opening on October 2nd, while attendees enjoyed the friendly competition between the young athletes.
