August 2024 | Giant Heart creates a unique mural at Athens Happy House

In June 2024, Novibet’s CSR initiative Giant Heart, together with its Ambassador Kostas Tsimikas, gathered at Athens Happy House, an animal shelter founded by Nektarios Papazacharias, to improve the shelter’s facilities, as part of the Giant Heart’s pillar, #Novipet.

During this visit, Nektarios shared with the team the story of how the shelter began and what inspired him. The reason was his beloved four-legged friend, Freyja, and a feeling between the two of them that cannot be described in just a few words. The Giant Heart team had the idea to create a mural of Freyja on the new shelter, built by Novibet so that visitors could learn the story behind this Athens Happy House initiative.

Ioannis Mamaloukos, Novibet’s employee and a talented artist, dedicated a morning to visit the shelter and create Freyia’s unique mural. Nektarios thanked both the artist and the Giant Heart team and they gave a promise for upcoming initiatives in the shelter.
